Despite never feeling entirely comfortable being on the wrong side of the camera, I seem to have taken a fair number of photos of myself lately. While the upside of this is that I suddenly have actual photos of myself, rather than just of other people, my albums start to look like a collection of bizarre holiday snapshots.

Nothing much changes in this little section of town. Sometimes the grass has been cut. Occasionally, there’s some new graffiti. But generally speaking, it’s always the same. On a quiet summer night, though, with the traffic rumbling past in the distance, it’s nice to just find an elevated point and enjoy the evening breeze.

It doesn’t really matter what kind of operation a warehouse building once ran - over time, they’re all stripped back and smashed to a structural lowest common denominator.
